3321-Author Profile

Author: Michael Garland

It is the first day of school and Zach waits for his teacher to arrive while all along expecting the day to be Boring, Boring, Boring. Then Mrs. Smith arrives introducing herself to the class and begins reading and suddenly, characters from the storybook come to life. The next day Zack can't wait for Mrs. Smith to read out loud again. Each day new characters filled the classroom and would return to the book at the end of the story. One day Mrs. Smith gets stuck in traffic and the principal walks in to notify the class but also reaches for her storybook and begins to read. Much to his surprise, a dragon comes to life and all he can do is scream and leave the class to look for help. From here on, the storybook is passed from child to child each forgetting to end the story and filling the school with characters of all kinds.
This is an FUN book to read with children maybe in first grade up to 3rd.
