This imaginative book is about a Siamese cat (Skippyjon Jones) who takes an imaginative journey with some Mexican Chihuahua into ancient Egypt. Skippyjon has a wild imagination and when he is in time out he engages in exploration. This is a muliticultural book that I would read with a 3rd and 4th grade class. Beautiful illustrations that show the love within a family.
